Cr pump cannot give any more, this is its limit. Turbomod, made By Pro Turbo Fin works great, no smoke. On dyno On the road, winter tires, slippery So rpm wrong, 500 too small. Amazing how many tuners refuse to tune engines beyond 25% extra output, yet you, and a few other guys here, have no problem doubling engine output....with little or no smoke. I notice several tuners just download maps from the internet, no really knowing what they do to an engine. It is very rare to find an actual tuner who is an engine man firstly, and a software programer secondly. Is it an OM648 you are planning on building? Yes, OM648 I have now a very very good "test mule" for that engine and ecu is edc16, which is quite easy to mod. W203, about 510-520hp from rear wheels, with only diesel and one turbo. New injectors are good up to ~700hp level, so it is quite a good upgrade for the racer. Very interesting summer coming.
