Not that I condone gunning it, I do think as the mod closed in around his car he could have plowed this @sshole out of the way at a slower speed in self defense.
Don't let your self get in this type of situation.

Some drunk a**hole pulled a dukes of hazard slide across the hood of my TDT on Halloween night. Left a nice little scratch on the clear-coat. Needless to say I reamed him out right after I watched him do it! Some people just don’t think.

I would have liked to run him over but would be afraid of what other peds would do afterwards... Would have just got out and beat him with my hands instead
