OM606 intake manifold and turbo question - Antonio - 02-07-2018

ive seen that om606 intake manifold can be fitted to om605 head and wondering what is the best option when cutting and welding.
Is it 4th cylinder that needs to be removed, where to cut, what is the best option

OEM 606 turbo rebuilt and balanced by pros is capable of runing for how much boost? i have 6mm 100cc pump set by dieselmeken and i want around 200-240hp, how much boost are we talking about and 606 turbo should be good for that much power?

at the moment i cant try because there is alot snow on the road

It is probably impossible to destroy the 606/605 with a 6mm pump, unless you really screw up timing

Shortening the 606 manifold to 5 cilinders - good question. As far as I know, 4th cilinder is removed. I know that removing the 6th cilinder results in impossible-to-fit-in-car part...

Somebody on here dyno'd 254 hp with 93cc on a 605 using a GT28, so you should be able to do 220-240 with 606 turbo.
