Gearbox locked in N - Slav - 10-04-2020
Hi everyone.
I've installed my of gear controller and the gearbox is located in N.
How can I unlock it?
Help needed. Any ideas welcome.

I think it has a park lock. There should be some kind of cable connected from brake pedal to transmission so you can't shift unless you press the brake. Not sure where it is

The set up is:
W140 350td om603 swapped with om606 with 722.6 from w210 300td. I drove the w210 before swap. It was running perfectly. Don't remember if breaks where needed.

The interlock should be on the left rear of the transmission:

Number 37 in the picture. You need to fool it somehow so it is permanently unlocked.
But it should only leave you locked in P I think ?? I would try disconnecting the linkage from the tranmission to the shifter to see if the shifter is blocking movement or the transmission itself
