Low Budget OM602 build - orion - 07-07-2021

Hello,

I try to build an OM602 n/a with an OM605 6mm EDC and DSL1. Now I am looking for a turbo, I use the triangular outlet manifold from 290TD W210. First intention was to work with a 606 turbo but now a saw the He221w. The goal is round about 200Hp. What kind of turbine housing is the better choice for my setup, the 7 or the 5.5?
Nozzles are rebuild and changed to 150bar, new headgasket and bearings are in the engine. External oilcooler and LLK is planed.

5.5cm^2 is small from what I've seen. On my OM617A with the stock (for now, going dieselmeken later) pump and an intercooler, 7cm^2 is the move. You can really notice the difference at higher RPM.
