Hi, these holiday month I´m swap my brakes in my W124 300TD, years ago fitted the front 4 pot 295mm ones from 24V models, plug and play, easy.Removed the dust shield.
Now I fitted C32 AMG rotors, 345mm front and 300mm rear, vented-drilled, front all drilled, rear Zimmerman .

Front calipers Use the W215 CL600, inside part works OK with W124 knucle-shock, not interference as C30-C32 models, which have an "mountain" in the hose area.
Fitted all braided lines, banjo in front calipers. The only custom made part is 4 spacers 8mm thick, fitted between caliper support ant this, to center the caliper with rotor (exact measure can be 9mm spacers, with 8mm there is 1,5mm difference outer caliper-rotor and inner caliper-rotor clearance, but no problem). Fitting bolts must be 8mm longer at least, by the 8mm spacers. Braided custom made line, as 7cm longer than stock, straight banjo at caliper. Clearance between rotor and LCA is as 5-7mm, years ago I removed a bit material with the electric grinder.

I used 8,5x17 ET32 OZ MAE with 13mm spacer with the old 4 W124 calipers , but with these 4 pot calipers need a very thick wheel spacer and wheel goes very out of fenders. Then I fit the W203 Sport Edition wheels, Hoedus 8,5x17 ET34, the rear ones, fitted front, no spacers needed, as 5mm clearance in the closest point caliper-wheel spokes.

Rear the C32 brakes-calipers fit plug and play, no spacers between caliper and knucle. As C32 caliper is 7mm thicker than the stock ones the 2 fitting bolts needs be 7mm longer, as 28mm total lenght. Cut a bit that dust shield cover, C32 caliper is taller. Braided line stock lenght.
Made in the front and rear C32 rotors the 2 holes for location rotor (12mm ), and one location hole at rear rotors (8mm).

It is a very easy swap, now the brake pedal is spongy, next days fit a W124 V8 420 master cylinder, 25,4mm front piston diameter, stock is 23,8mm, hope with this pedal goes harder.

Regards.
