well spring is right around the corner so i want to uncover the ol' benz and get it ready for summer but like everything else i own it needs some tlc. i need a rad, a starter and seems to be injection pump as well. i cant find a rad for a 79 300sd so i think im just going to take measurements and get one from a newer one, and rebuilt starters ive seen for sale before.. but the injection pump leaks around the primer, would it be cheaper/ or even an option to get the seals and rebuild my self or where can i find an already rebuilt pump.. once i get this stuff fixed ill be back for some performance know how thanks everyone!

Why don't you just replace the leaking seal? Huh

$5 seal, $1500 pump.

Choice is obvious.

1990 Power Ram 50 V6 SOHC 24V 6g72

I can be wrong, don't take everything I say as verbatim, please fact-check first.

Not having to try this yet, but I do think a 300D turbo/w126 300SD Radiator and Oil cooler combination will fit with some modifications to the mounting.
