How will the CHP react to a spiked car? Smile In all serious, you should see what police reaction would be, now that the car is offensively armed. A glancing blow to a pedestrian becomes an impalement stabbing tear. Maybe you could weaken them so they break off?

Also, I guess women wearing flowing dresses will have to be extra careful walking by Big Grin

It comes across to me as a impervious malleable plastic, and seems unaffected by water like other plastics. It does not seem to change when wet certainly, don't know if it can be saturated though. I doubt it.

Its the same plastic as lots of DVD cases and such.
