They don't come up often, it was a fluke, but I've been looking for a trailer hitch and bumpers for a but, it should look better than diving platforms.

You guys must live in bizarro world, because around here there are never any good deals, on anything. Or maybe I'm the one living in bizarro world, lol

-1982 300D Turbo, 280k miles, ALDA apparently maxxed, fram 8038, 12 lbs boost, non-egr manifolds, W/M injection, 4 brake light mod, Gen II w126 front rotors/calipers, 4-speed swap
In the works: A/W IC, adjust pump, turbo rebuild (w/60 trim comp wheel)
-1980 300SD, 110k, project car. Goal is to get it lookin' like it did on the showroom floor (body and interior wise, not necessarily under the hood )
-1974 240D, FRESH PAINT!!!!!!

I hear ya. I only scoop good stuff if I spend lots of time each and every day on Craigs and Kijiji (Canadian eBay classifieds).

Of course everyone around here either drives a Yaris or a Ram pickup, or so it seems, so old Mercedes stuff is a little thin on the ground....
