I am looking for OM606 manifold flange diagram. It may be CAD, CAM or any other format or just a diagram with dimensions in JPG or other well known format.
If anyone is looking for OM602 manifold flange diagram than I have it in SolidEdge, its not perfect but with my measurement options I can not do any better.

Or from where do you get your manifold flanges? From ebay?
If you have diagram in right format than it costs ~12-15€ for cutting it with CNC laser and do not have to worry about shipping.

I'd suggest buying a gasket and then drawing one up from there. You should be able to scan the gasket and import it into a CAD program, then it's just matching up from there.

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

I'll be chief ancient post excavator..

I also need 606/kkk k-14 flange dims, there is no gasket between turbo and manifold and my w210 is my daily so I can't really disassemble.

I am going to CAD then laser cut a kkk k-14 to garret TD-O4 (also round flange 3-bolt) adapter for my 606 and I will happily produce more than one if anyone is interested in making slightly more beans from their 606 with stock manifold (cheap power tuning).

Any info greatly appreciated, even just ruler measurements would be fine to be honest.
H.

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

sorry to jump on this thread just wondered if anyone knows if its possible to get an adapter plate to fit the om605 exhaust manifold that has the garrett g25c turbo fitted, as this is a 3 hole fittment and really limits the choices of turbos to fit to this engine
thanks

Make an adapter out of 1/2" steel plate and a drill. Same as what I'm doing.
