lol, thats what they said.

I have USAA military insurance (awesome), and yesterday insured my (I think), 43rd car with them in 10 years.

The guy was all sunshine and roses until he saw how many cars I have had, then had to refer to a supervisor, and now my policy is going to be reviewed by underwriters to establish whether I am abusing the type of policy or some such. Not sure, I am supposed to call, they are supposed to call, ect.

Apparently the honeymoon is over, and they are frustrated with my active hobby. Big Grin

we will see how it plays out, but if you have USAA, the number is 40 vehicles FYI before it sets off this review.

what provider?

I wonder if this is something I can get here, or if its something local to you? Ill call them and see. Would be convenient, and eliminate this problem

EDIT:
Is it on a commercial policy? I have commercial insurance, and could do it through my business insurance, but not through my personal insurance. Is your broad form insurance based off a business insurance account?

they want to make sure that im not running a used car dealership, and for that there is specific commercial insurance.

Spoke to them today, a very nice USAA lady completely saw my point about it being similar to shoes for girls, just a bit more expensive. Big Grin

Im back in the black, as long as I assert that frenetic car insuring is a hobby, and not a business, no problems.

The do recommend that I stop insuring parts cars to drive them back and cancel for whatever bit I need. There are at least 10 cars on there that were insured for 2 days at most, so thats how they got suspicious. Ill do more towing I think

he must have some kind of crazy deal based on location, I thought the same, and can't even get something like that without having it be for a company. None of the insurance companies I called could duplicate that deal.

Haha that is funny! I bet you didn't think so, at the time. I have a whopping 1 car! Tongue

And my insurance is $85 a month liability w/ uninsured and underinsured, plus roadside assistance. Not too bad.
