as above i know i need a
intercooler
om603 intake with 6th cut off?
good lift pump
uprated diesel injection pump
hx30-35
clutch not sure what one yet
any other bits?

hi,
depends how much power you want.

you will also need exhaust manifold and some sort of wastegate.
dual mass flywheel will hold 385bhp

only after 250-300 was going to make a up pipe for the turbo and get one with a internal wastegate?

ok lad, i run 385bhp with Dieselmeken pump and hx35 fitted to uppipe and uprated clutch and pressure plate. Standard clutch give up at 266bhp.

It was a clutch i got made in England for 1998 w202 c250td, it was the strongest pressure plate he had, it was 5 puck paddle. can't remember company name but can find out.

was running 3.3 bar at one time with 12cm housing, no wastegate, and only run about 2.6 or 2.7 bar with 18.5cm housing. Clutch was about £400 or so. Not much left, all sold to fund new project. I have welded diff for c250, c250 manual box, some e300 bits as well, also holset hx35 with two different exhaust housings.
