I've changed out my OM617 N/A with an OM606.960
I bought from Erling666 from this forum.

some pictures will be coming later, and I will keep you posted on the build
now I'm only driving with stock OM603 IP and an Holsett HX35 too begin with, just welded a T3 flange to the original manifold Wink

now, let's do a little update here..
I've bought a new 6 speed tranny for it, a small but usefull intercooler and new front disc's, all from Erling66, thanks for the parts, and a nice merch talk Wink
I have orderd some flanges for a Manifold, so I'm also going to weld that thing togheter (looking forward to it)
and build a manifold with T6 flage and a BW KKK 31 or 29 in the en of it, pulse split also,
then mount the new 7,5mm pump from PP and the 6 speed, might gotten my hand on a torqe diff from Bakaksel.se also Wink
soon some new pictures will be posted Wink

Thats good thinking sliding it right in there. Do you have an air temp sensor to see how effective the intercooler will be?

if it don’t blow black...take it back.

Hi Kent

Looks like you are not going out of work for the next few monthsSmile
Have you ordered a PP pump for your W123? 7,5 mm or 8,5 mm elements?
I think you should see how well the HX35 will work before you consider to put on the KKK K31.
Nice work on the IC, did you weld it yourself?

I've order the 7,5mm monthes ago, somthing went wrong with the payment, but now things are in shape the clerk told me Wink
I am really Intrested in a 8,5
but I will see how the 7,5 fills my need for horse's and torqe..
I'm going to drive it with the HX35 a week or so, I assume it will be a little bit to small
I've seen then with 40's and so on, and thay really get going ;p
I'll se how it works in two weeks, if the pump has arrivde yet Smile
and now, like it's not enough work on the prodject build, I need to get it PKK serified, or M.O.T as it's english word I think.
and its a hole lot of rust I've been welding in the floor section ;p
some pics of that will be posted soon Smile
no Erlig, I welded the crack's in the dent myself, but the "shorting" of the IC, Dagestad maskinverksted did for me, a lokal
steel chop neer by.
I did not take the chance of ruining it, couse it's the only one I've found that fits like this :p
so, now I'm going home to sleep and continue tomorrow Big Grin
