Pump is going do be 7,5 mm 180cc dieselmeken,i hope do get it back this week
turbo: master power mpr 545 #14 housing.
wastgate : turbosmart
Itercooler will be custom made, exhaust mainfold custom made.

reiceved the pump from dieselmeken, cooler and exhaust is ready, started the car with no problem.
Pump is running good thanks do dieselmeken
but now i have some minor issues do fix.
have nice end of the year everybody

the connecting rod bolts where like cut of,
i know that the engine is once rebuild and the bolts where old.
But its not a problem, i have one spare engine.
The new engine is getting forged rods and some other tuning parts.
Dieselmeken pump with 130cc worked very good, the first run and clutch disc was gone
The roads in Estonia are snowy and we have some spare time do make the necessary repairs.
In february will try again.
Ill update if something interesting is going to happen.

Now is some progress with my new engine.
crankshaft is polished and balanced.
Pistons will be old but they are in very good condition.
connecting rod bolts will be new.
All new gaskets, new crankshaft bearings.
tuning valve springs, valve tappets, new chain and tensioner, new water pump,new cylinder head bolts and lots of more useful stuff.
Engine block is very good, had 200000 km on spido.
Everything is cleaned and looks nice.
Probably will hear the voice in march because i have to go on vacation for some nice weather in Egypt.

larsalan I guess I need to look at this stupid ass drip shit. What you have to like mess with those elements on the pump? What a fucking hassle. then use some wire to hold the throttle open or some shit?

Thats great news. Now to find a source for a 605? Anyone know if a 722.6 will fit in a W201?

Probalbly next week get some new pictures, i have not had time do bulid the car.
hopefully the snow will go away and i do not have do fun with snowmobile.
