What would you kids pay for a nice tubular 617 exhaust manifold?

How about a custom intake manifold?

Yeah that's the hard part to figure out. Non egr manifolds go for around $100, and w115 intakes for $200, so that's a rough starting point.

I might make one up if I get bored one day in a few years

(for ideas, if you don't have enough)

I like these style intakes. Simple tubes and a box.

I've been looking into tubing for a plain W115 style + 6" of runner, it looks like around $120 for tubing, plus the flange and plenum. I'm seeing like $22 for 180° 2"ID bends-does anybody know a cheap place to get aluminum 180's ?

Yup, that's the style I'm thinking of. Something that wraps up and out, and ends near the top of the valve cover-but not too tight, so you can still do valve adjustments. A fancy equal length long runner would be big bucks, and not really worth it-from what I've read a stock head can only flow ~220CFM

I would be interested for sure. Hacking up non egr manifolds while waiting for a 115 style would come to an end!
