Full load and coarse idle.

Adjustments so far:
Idle, Fine- N/A (Lost track yesterday trying to fix the idle)
Idle, Coarse- 4-1/4 CCW
Full Load- 4 CCW
Max RPM- 1/4 CW
Torque Control- 1 CW

The shift times were fixed by shortening the rod to the valvecover linkage and tightening the bowden cable.
The shift flaring was fixed at the vacuum control valve by installing a 0.8mm orifice to the main vacuum line and moving the 0.5mm orifice that was there to an added Tee to the vent line via 4-way (pictured).
The overly sensitive throttle tip-in (first 1/4 throttle movement) was fixed by shortening the main pedal rod on the firewall.

The idle quality and return to idle issues still persist, though the idle set at 1000rpm results in 650rpm in gear.

For future reference on the orifices:
Color.....I.D.
Yellow……2.0 mm
Red……….1.1 mm
Blue………1.0 mm
Brown……0.9mm
White……0.8 mm
Green……0.7 mm
Black.....0.6 mm
Orange..0.5 mm
