After having the ornament removed for the second time by the neighborhood yoots, I was wondering if anyone knew of an elimination kit?

Kinda like a chrome plug that would cover the hole?

You can buy chrome plugs at an hardware store, just try until you find one that fits.

You can also sharpen in insides of the stock one....theoretically

X2 on the chrome cap. My '81 300TD sported one for a few years while in NY.
They're made for covering a pre-existing faucet/sprayer hole in a kitchen sink. Simple fold down tabs keep it in place.
-OR- sharpen it
-OR- electrify it

'05 Jeep Liberty CRD - 160k
'06.5 VW Jetta TDI - 230k
'82 MB 300TD - 116k (motor going to raysorenson)
'81 MB 300TD - 195k (parting out)
'71 Jeep DJ5 - diesel conversion project
