Hello,

I have a big Problem, I built an OM606.962 in my W124.... Motor & Gearbox works fine, but I have no boost....

Its an TB70 from Turbobandit with external Wastegate... Wastegate closed... I cut the pressure from Turbo to the Wastegate, and tested, but no boost, maximum 0.2 bar HuhHuhHuh

Can anybody help me?

Sorry to hear you struggle!

What modifications have been made to the Injection Pump (IP)? Increased fueling is required to push the exhaust turbine up to speed and get full boost.

Are you using an intercooler? Sometimes they leak. Also, using one that doesn't leak and gets good airflow will help.

Keep up the good work and be sure to share/teach us what you find.

Do you have any pictures of the install? INterested in Turbobandit hardware!

Thanks,H

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..
