hi im putting a c250 diesel 605 into a discovery was just wondering if I put a SsangYong diesel pump off a 2.9 turbo what power it would give before I had the elements done

discovery 2 fitted om605 m pump 7.5 elements 300 turbo at mo
c250 std at mo
off road buggy fitting om 606 turbo ? supercharger ? to follow

No idea, good shout though

Installed:
OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.

If you don't adjust the pump it will have exactly the same power as the ssangyong engine.
Maybe a couple hp more (no more than 10) due to improved efficiency

The SsangYong pump has 5.5mm elements and will max out somewhere around 140-150hp when properly adjusted.
