lol,
use the normal lift pump. 7.5 elements are able of 150cc at least, something that your 2 valve engine will have trouble burning.
Big Grin
if u´re not happy buy one from a BMW. u´ll be fine with it.

I use a bosch 044 copy, that delivers up to 5-6 bar and thats is way to much.
So now I have a regulator to get the preasure down. Before I got preasure regulator I was blowing fuel lines because I dident undrestand the hole picture.
Now I bought another electric fuel pump that delivers about 1,5 bar and I dont need a regulator makes all easyer and the fuel lines is not streesed, and thats enough for my 606 with 8mm170cc pump thats adjusted down. Probobly it can delivers enough fuel if I desire to turn the pump up max.
The fuel pump I bought at summit racing, think it was a carter type,,,

You should have 3bar with a Dieselmeken 7.5mm IP. Use a Bosch 044 back by the tank and remove the restriction on the return off the IP and fit a normal banjo-bolt then put a FPR on the return line and adjust the pressure to 3bar.

Easy and works every time.

But its not so many people that have enough air to burn all that diesel thats way I say 1,5 bar is enough.
Also in gørans (dieselmeken) test bench 1,5 bar was enough way up in rpm. But I agre with you FRED, no problem with 3 bar. Just small risk of blowing fuellines with the bosch 044 ( done that twice, diesel absolutly everywere on the car)
The person is asking for a 602 daily driver, not performance
