Maybe it's just the pound to dollar, but I just bought a pump and manifold from Sweden and paid significantly less.

Yes ive spoken to them before and they're prices ARE ridiculous. He tried to sell me his pump for more than Göran charges and then tried to flog me a new clutch and flywheel for an obscene amount. And dont even get me started on that dyno graph...

Got there om60* manifolds on special offer on ebay, £799 Which I don't think is way over the top?

If you have no way of making one (which most don't) its not a million miles away from what people will pay.

I do think its still a bit steep for my taste but......

I don't know, Never used/seen there products...

Its not like there is a massive "off the shelf" parts supply network for the om Engines......

So for that reason I guess they have licence to sell at whatever price they wish......

It would be good to get hold of cheap off the shelf items for these, there would be a much bigger following.

Tuning a Jap engine for example is so easy in comparison (with regards to getting parts)

Strange about their exhaust systems how they offer downpipes but theres nothing about selecting what turbo/manifold you use. I would be interested in buying a pre made downpipe for my HX40 but their prices and other stuff doesnt inspire confidence

It's impossible to make a downpipe when you don't have the car or exact specs to work with. Prices are not to bad though but as someone said it can be exchange rate and so on.

Better this then Chinese crap Smile

They are groans pumps? or am I mistaken? I guess the down pipes are suited to the manifolds/OEM vehicles they came from?

Not very polite when providing quote. No answer when completely undriveable engine characteristics are pointed out.

They are from the north of England, we don't normally like to talk about it..

Installed:

OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.
[i]Less rust..

I have been in that silver estate car and it drove very diffently to how the dyno suggests. It was outrageously rapid, quicker that my friends x6 M50d.

He also built a f250 truck with an om606 and that went like the clappers too! Drove beautifully off boost.

W124 om606 HX40 finished and it's a beauty 450bhp/456ft-lbs
