I have done a lot of searching and haven't come up with a conclusion on my own so figured I would ask for advice.
I will have an OM606 with Dieselmeken 7.5mm IP in my Mercedes G with 6:17gears / 35-37" tires and I am looking for early spool much like the stock turbo but with enough extra flow to get between 250-300hp. Most of the builds on here are focused around higher HP and higher rpm. I am not too concerned with power above 4500rpm.

At the moment I have an HE221W, an HX30W and also a MHI turbo which is supposedly from an ISB Cummins which has a flap in the exhaust for variable flow through the turbine which has the following number Td04hl4sl-11kyrcn-vft. I can use any of these and I am also open to better options as I'm not sure of the flow requirements to support the HP.
Huh

How do you think the CV joints will deal with 300hp? Huh Im pondering over this subject for my own build..

Well I have seen broken CV's on a 72hp  G240D and I have seen them live behind 300hp V8 etc. It really is about how you drive them and the CV's in 500+HP G's are no different, I don't abuse my G off road but I do want more power on the road and for pulling my trailer through the mountains.
I have considered the RCV joints before but haven't found a need yet and if they are no longer the weak link I would hate to find out it is the ring and pinion. (6:17's are harder to find on top of that).
