BMW/Jaguar/Opel Getrag (265 both close ratio and overdrive) bellhousings are removable.

Is seems odd that all the other Getrag 265 applications would use a removal bellhousing, except Mercedes?

OM617 has different bell housing. Starter is other side of engine. Not left side but right side. You can`t use with OM606.

I don't know of any MB Getrags with separate bell housings. Only the older iron box jobs.
