What size intercooler should I get for a om606 with hx35w 8mm edc pump, custom manifold. I already have a small intercooler inside of my bumper, im not sure where to mount a bigger one in a w210.

Google image it for ideas. Where did you get the 8 mm elements installed? Is there anyone stateside that can do it correctly?

I haven't gotten it installed yet. And dieselpumpuk sells 7.5mm and 8mm pumps. Type in dieselpumpuk and go to their website.

You'd have to throw the AC condenser in the bin for IC space. Been there, done that

Installed:
OM606/722.6, big IC, W220 brakes.
Planned:
DIY manifold, compound, 722.6 controller, built IP.

I asked if anyone stateside does the element upgrade on the oe IP. Most on here are aware of dieselmeken.
