om605 bone stock engine in w201 chassis, mechanical IP with 6mm elements. Cant go past 0.3 bar, there is no smoke at all...

around 65cc with blocked wastegate?
could it be to lack of fuel? 
what is the cc amount for 1.3-1.5 of pressure

Yes it could only be lack of fuel. 1.5 bar you should be using at least 70cc of fuel.

all right, finally managed to catch up with spare time... pressure actuator is fully closed but when boost hits 0.5 bar it opens and wont go up with boost... i took of the boost line of the actuator to close the wastegate and i boosted up to around 1.5 with a small leak from that same pipe that i took of the acutator... so now i can say for shure that the wastegate is not working correctly... the question: -is there any harm that can blocked wastegate do to the turbo or something else? anyone can supply me some sort of acutator from ebay or somewhere else? anyone can sell me one? 

and at 0.5bar there is a gray(ish) smoke 
head rebuilt, good compression, 6mm mechanical pump 70cc, good turbo... IP 14deg (should i move it towards 0 by a 2-3 deg?

Help please, 6 months of this build is finally going somewhere...
