Has anyone dealt with this company. www.replautotrading.es. They make a nice 606 glowplug extractor that has a drilling guide. I have contacted them in Spain for a price, but they keep giving me the run around. Any input on them, I have been talking to a gentleman named Juan. The part # for the extractor kit is # 1260000.

No specialized tool needed, see attached PDF.

(OK, the MyBB won't allow PDF attachments, too bad.  - Admins please fix).

See instead this page I posted quite some time ago:  http://www.pointedthree.com/disc/forums/...?tid=17044

I've used this one, worked well. http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Laser-Tools-5...2548.l4275

I tried the other method described and that woked too but the specifically designed tool was so much easier as I had to pull ot 3 more glow plugs

Good luck!!! Its a p**** of a job

The problem I see is drilling the glowplug out straight. Getting it out is the easy part, drilling it out straight especially if the engine is still in the car. The extractor I was looking at with this compamy, has a guide to drill out the glowplug straight which is a problem.

Only the threaded part of the plug is drilled out. After that the inside of the plug is threaded and pulled out.
Removing plug #6 requires removing the oil filter block. The others are easy.
