hi guys, please help, i am full of questions as you already noticed... tons of them, some stupid but now i get a fewer from every f***ing time i see my car...

problem looks sort of like this... i have 6mm elements tuned to give 70cc, mechanical pump from om602td, 1 bar pressure(can go to 1.6 with boost controler turned up) but its the same at 0.6 bar, 1 bar, 1.2 bar... i have like maybe 100 hp. boschist says that he did his part but still car is slow.( he did a job of this IP conversions earlier)

i only have some light smoke of a blueish color

lower part of engine in excelent condition
head rebuild(valves/seats/rubbers/injectors ok)
elring gasket
turbo changed to used but low miles

setup:
-60mm piping and a little bigger IC than stock on w202,
-IP 602td 6mm 70cc
-boost controler Turbosmart
-boost gauge
