By far the most difficult parts to find with the manual steering box conversion.   You can find the boxes with pitman arm on German Ebay.  With shipping, those are around $200 to $300, depending ...

The shaft with correct grommet is required as the PS shaft is around 2" too short.  The grommet likewise from the PS unit will not work.

$125 plus pp fees and whatever shipping is.
