W123 Upgraded steering and suspension
Has anyone upgraded the steering box on their 123 or does anyone know exactly what black smoke racing did with theirs? making my 83 300d more sporty by swapping engines. wanted to see what i could do to make the car handle less like a boat. any help is much appreciated.

BSR put a rack in from a supra or something IIRC.

IMHO wrong type of car to make sporty. a W201 or even a 124 would be a better starting point

I know its not the greatest car for it but the car itself is sentimental and I just love the body and style. Been looking around and cant find a lot of info on it. I know black smoke racing did some Frankenstein stuff to their wagon but no info on that either. just that they used parts from volvo mazda and mercedes lol
