hi, how much for flywheel and clutch kit?
i was talking to a guy who says he can rivet on a competition liner to my standard clutch and maybe put stronger springs in pressure plate. It is very cheap so i might give it a go.

Hi. Sachs Race pressure plate to Bmw m3 and Mercedes 250d disk.
same pressure plate found my own car.

hi,
a guy told me that a c36 amg clutch is the same fitment as my om605, its 26 spline and 240mm and lots of performance ones available. Anyone got any way of double checking this??

i need the gear shifter to my 717.450

anyone have one for sale, or is there other parts i can use??

the tranny is from a 300CE-24, and i will mount it in my w124.

-765 is 240mm and -618 is 228mm. 40bar difference those spring force.

i found
a clutch company that makes clutch kits for many merc,s
al types 300e and also a 240d, 260e

also for 717,430, 717,433, also slk 230 types
i did not now the company
but the the site lookes nice

i not found info about the torque capacity but i will send a mail
the also sell twin clutches and flywheels
if the pressure plates ar not good maybe only a clutches plat is and option

got a mail back from the specclutch company

this clutch kit : http://www.specclutch.com/cars/Mercedes/300E/1987/Single

the spec 5 clutch kit can handle 725nm cost: $789,-
the have and option with superclamp pressure plate
915nm cost: $869,-

it is for a e300 1987 gearbox i the flywheel will fitt on a om60X
is it???

Notice the pilot bearing in the flywheel not the crank shaft it's for the shorter style input shaft transmissios

today i ordered this clutchkit, but i will modify the FW to fit the 765 pressureplate!Smile

what is the difference between the clutch disc in the Valeo kit i ordered, and the C250 turbodiesel disc??

wondering if i need to order the C250 disc...

Wow...now that is a work of art.

I shudder to think what a shop in the US would say if I needed such a thing (with the hall effect features included for the sensor...) made for my OM606. Rolleyes Cubic dollars.

can i use the disc i have ordered with the flywheel(ebay link)??

or is the c250dt disc better??

how thick is the C250dt disc??

i see jeemu`s custom flywheel for the 618 plate is flat all over, and muuris flywheel for the 765 plate is higher in the center of FW, why?? i will use the 765 plate.

Have a 300ce 12v + 717450 trans available for like 600$

Good price? And how much power can it handle?

and what is the easiest way to get a clutch that can handle like 250-300hp?
Sprinter clutch+sinter or something else? Supposed to be a daily driver.
