That's the main hurdle to making this work state side is that rinky-dink spline adapter that they didn't sell here but they did in Europe. Almost willing to spend the $400 to get a whole pump for that little piece.

This adapter you need only to OM604, 605, 606.
If you build an other engine you don't need that kind of adapter.

Just to be clear, if I want to put a VE pump on a 616 all I need is:

-OM616
-VE pump
-3mm shim
-New injector lines

What I made on this bus is not tunning. But from this can be 120-140 hp (with turbo without smoke).
It is just from waste parts project form my friend (non profit for canoe sc)
It's ultralight.

Tunning injector inculdes more exact parts.

So what's different between om61x & om60x? M & MW pumps fit both.

So do you know of the sprinter uses the vw style main shaft (17mm) or Cummings style (20mm)?
