3rd gear burnout to see if divertor flap was opening, turns out it wasn't so i cut it up and modified it.

i had the car on the dyno last night and had some boost controller problems, so i had to block the wastegates and give her a few runs....

502bhp without supercharger and 469.5 with supercharger and turbo

Very nice! Do you have a graph with engine RPM on the bottom axis? It's very interesting the impact the supercharger has on the width of the power band.

i don't because my rev counter packed up just before dyno and couldn't link rpm with dyno, would like to have seen it myself, believe me it spools fastTongue

oh yea, I was only running that boost as my boost controller broke and I had spring pressure 2.3 bar or whatever she would make 3.2 bar

I think 2.5 bar would be enough, what you think?

it goes very well, no lag, was only on low boost 2.3 bar (400bhp)

awesome thing to drive, i like Dieselmekens 8mm pump.

head skimmed and all back together with new original mercedes head gasket.
never got testing it yet, i decided to start on the wheel arches.

decided to make my own arches, next i want to make a mould of the whole quarter panel with arch so when it gets damaged i can rivet on a fibreglass overfender
head off and back on

making this myself, i think an actuator type will open too quickly and give a power dip.

the flap is not working for me as the supercharger is big enough to supply the turbo with air, the turbo wont suck it open as it doesn't need any more air, this is making too much heat and boiling my engine

no real design, just a flat plate on a hinge inside

Maybe bigger intercoller?
ist the flap sealed or well matched with the case that the pressure does not escape?

hi,
i think i need to slow the charger down to keep the air cooler.
flap is not perfect seal, just alloy to alloy, slight leak

How did you know where you needed to chop the tranny bellhousing to get the correct clearances? Custom shaft? Would be pretty cool to see a whright up on it! Thank you
