Are the pinouts of that pedal+sensor the same as the remote sensor that came with the OM606 factory ECU?

Almost certainly not. They are more likely to be the same as the remote sensor that came with the OM612/OM613 and petrol engined W210.

The accelerator pedal sensor outputs two analog voltages from 0-5 volts.
