Yes, the space is the main issue here! Small w201 you know^^ I din`t find a valve, audi`s valve is too small...So i heavily modified a 4" water bypass valve It look just like the audi valve, just a bit more beefy! The only thing I would change on the Audi set up. Could you pls clarify 1 thing: what is subsequences of these 3 turbos? 1st one is the smallest, then the middle one and at the end the biggest one? This mean that smallest one pushs air to the middle one, then the middle one pushs to the biggest? Hx40 MFS will be on top and a new manifold will be made next week Hx60 will be located just above the custom motormount and a 5" exhaust will be made! There will be 2x60mm wg to bypass the hx40 and into the hx60.... Now all turboplumbing and turbos will be hidden under a stock hood for ultra stealth look! My driveshafts has the w129 inner joint (much bigger than w124) and the big type outer joint (stock w124 32mm axel type) The propshaft is from later w211 and the middlejoint is much bigger than stock w201/w124...I use some beefy BMW 530D hardyplates with steelcords, not organic thread like the stock ones! Pump is ready, 270cc and 7700-8000rpm+ ( we don`t know what max rpm is because Dieselmekens test bench wasn`t strong enough to take it up to more than around 3800 pump rpm) Spesial grinded tractorpuller style camshaft, very light guvenor, 8mm elements, spesial deliveryvalves+++ Picture of pump: Stock guvenor weight: Modified: (This is the old one that mantahead had in his pump) I built the pump my self with some help from gøran: Grinded camshaft: Video of pump test Turbo setup will be Spesial Holset HE300WG with billet 85mm compwheel and a 8cm housing! This one has better spec than the hx40 super^^ The turbo comes straight from the Holset development department This will be compounded with the hx60. Water/meth injection between the two stages. Setup will be like this: The header will be kinda spesial and Very high flowing, i can promiss that Rods is under construction, Autoverdi is making them! They promiss that they will hold over 1000hp and over 8000rpm despite these heavy td pistons! Head will be converted to mechanical lifters and very spesial camshafts. Rear end will proberly converted to the 210mm MB diff with a ratio of 2.2:1 Stay tuned for more photos of fun!
