American History X - ForcedInduction - 06-02-2010 I must be missing something from the prison flashback. At some point he drops the whole neo-nazi thing. How/when? First he is angered that his prison gang buddy is not pure "white-power" after seeing him dealing favors with the mexican gang, he then leaves the nazi gang because they won't stand behind his preaching. Then the next scene he is buddy-buddy with his black co-worker and doesn't harbor nazi feelings anymore. Where is the transition? I find it hard to believe that folding underwear with one black guy can completely turn around someone with such a hard-core ideology. Other than that plot hole and Fairuza Balk's shitty acting I think its a great movie. RE: American History X - ForcedInduction - 06-09-2010 Nobody seen the movie? RE: American History X - winmutt - 06-09-2010 One word. Curbing. RE: American History X - ForcedInduction - 06-09-2010 An awesome scene no doubt, but how does he go from that to the complete opposite just by folding underwear for 6 months? RE: American History X - Serpent7 - 06-13-2010 LOL, Im black.... I do fold my own underwear.... And it is life changing. RE: American History X - winmutt - 06-14-2010 Its been a long time since I have seen this movie. |
