my cousin is building a 300 now, using a om606 with a holset HX:50 and Getrag 265 transmission, and he wondered which diff he should use, any of you got some suggestions??

Is that a 5speed tranny?

yep, its a 5 speed transmission, its from bmw m3.. he has used a clutch house from a mercedes transmission and welded it on the getrag transmission.. and isnt sure which differencial to use..

Damn, and that 5speed is out of an M3 of what year?

What are the ratios of the gears? I have a caluclator I can use to point you in the right direction.
