I have 2 new valve adjusting wrenches in a bag from Mercedes.
I will ship them to you for $50. But you must send Winmutt another $10 to complete the sale.

You should just charge 60 bucks, and set aside 10 to mail to winmutt later on. That would be much easier for the buyer, and make it much more likely the money would actually reach winmutt and the transaction take place.
