I think it is my PS pump, it could be the compressor but I'm pretty sure it's the PS.
Sounds like a dragging brake. It there anything I can do to quiet it down?

Make sure it has fluid, if it does, replace the pump.

Lame. It does have fluid I just changed it out. Maybe it is the compressor but sounds like it is coming from the PS pump.
I will have to take off a belt and see what actually is making the noise.
