Does anyone know of anything that can be done to the 2.2 16v OM611 CDI for a BHP increase?
Can the pump have anything done to it?

Not much that can be done for free, everything is in the computer.

What would you recommend?
I was thinking bigger nozzles but have limited info on the ones that are in it. My only findings are,

Turbo wise I have been looking at the GT2256V from the ML270 or Sprinter 2.7
Would porting have any effect on a CR engine?
