All three shift rods cut to the correct length for a 300D 4-speed conversion / 240D OM617 engine swap. One needs a new plastic bushing.
They were replaced because I have a set of genuine 300D 4M rods and these will not clear the driveline damper.

I till have 3 W126 triangle clips left though.
