Strut bar - 95e300dez - 01-06-2011

I have made a front and rear bar for my car and was wondering if anybody would like one made. I am selling the front for $200 and the two rear bars for 100 shipping IS included USPS in the cont. US. Pic of the front and rear not painted

The bars is for a 124 but can make for others if I can get a car to mock up on.

TBH, I looked into this for my W123, I spoke to a friend of mine who is an automotive development engineer.
He had a look at the suspension set up on a W123, and told that, due to it being a double arm suspension, rather than struts, a bracing bar would actually serve no purpose what so ever. Ecept for looking good when you lift the bonnet.

Appartently, the stresses go back through the bulkhead(firewall), so the only way to effectively brace the front suspension is to make a brace that goes back to the bulkhead, like an export brace on an early Ford Mustang.
