Its good for maximum 120cc of fuel. No retard notch for ignition at low idle. Works, but there are better things on the market if you want performance. RE: 7mm element - winequip_td - 11-22-2011 would you happen to know what the bosch part # for those transit elements are? I did draw a solidworks cad model of my own design of 7mm element with a steap helix, a retard notch, large intake port. Was thinking about having a run made A friend of mine is in china and has access to a factory that produces them but they will only do a run of 200 or more. Another friend is Giles from Performance Diesel Injection and is quite eager to play with a pump. Any other improvements that anyone could think of to the actual element please feel free to add. On a side note Giles is well known in the VW diesel community for his monstorous VE rotary pumps. I know that the Sanyoung Musso came with an MB 2.9 OM series with a VE pump I wonder if I could get a hold of one of those IP adapeters and have him build me a Rotary pump for my 603. |
