hi guys.
i'm building an 1985 209 Van whit an Om605 engine from an C250TD
whit the electric IP for remapping.

pulling the engine out the C
here the van where the old OM617 was pulled.
the new engine is mounted on the stand
the wiring getting done
all set for testing
engine compartmend cleaning
getting ready for wiring
this is what its gonna look like when its done
this for so far i hope getting more work done by the end of this week.

Very nice project
will be interesting to see if you get the electronic IP to work? The van looks to be in a very good shape.

its not thad hard if you now where to look.

oh man, there has been one of these for sale right near me for about 2 months, and ive been avoiding looking at it because I know ill probably buy it.
Same color and everything, but with an OM616. Great project! I will be looking forward to updates on this!

I too wish we had more of these available out here... I'd buy one if I had the money and more importantly the space to keep it...

hi guys.
i did some cleaning
removed some parts te be cleand end replace some gaskets.
here are some pics as a hint for my next project
yes yes it getting an OM606
but not yet.
first i'm doing some wiring on monday.
