but not with the benz. i will be visiting a friend from august 9th to the 16th. ill be in san diego, ocean beach...i think?
anyway, apparently you cali folks seem to have junk yards filled with w123 parts, and possible more euro parts over there...thats what it seems like.
anyway, any good junk yards to visit, my friend will loan me either a civic 5 speed or a golf speed to drive around. also any local hot spots you guys recommend?

If you come let me know, and i’ll take you to all the good ones. On the west coast it is called Ecology Auto Wrecking. There are about 3 dozen yards in about a 5 mile radius in a particular area. They yards are about a stones throw away from the border, which is about 25 min South from OB.

You can look up Pull a Part, they have 23 locations. When I went to TN for a surgery, I hit the one in Knoxville and Nashville. First things first .... LOL.
