I was looking under the hood of my car the other day and noticed this dial what does it do?

Also i have no dash lights or instrument lights and i do have the burnt out bulb light lit up on the dash but i don't know what light is out and all the fuses are fine.

I’m pretty sure thats the controller for the the “awesomeness” level. Mine goes to 11.

The only thing I can think of that the 1-7 knob thingie might be is the do-jigger to set the electronically controlled idle speed.
