Yes it is. But if price stays under 50 euros there isn't any problems with customs (is that really right word for it?
). And if price goes over 50 euros I have to pay taxes and ten other payments before I get the package do you know how much delivery costs? Is it that 30 dollars which reads on ebay?

No, it would be over $250 for shipping a pump to Finland.
Unless you go for the months-long shipping option anyhow.

Well that's pretty high price
I couldn't even imagine that high price. From EU I don't need to pay any taxes and shippings are usually 10-20 euros. I just can't understand how it can be that expensive 
how much does that "months-long" shipping cost? And is it really months or month?

Not sure where to look it up anymore, but I assume it's by ship instead of air. Anyways, apparently USPS is far cheaper than UPS since it's $100 with them, for air 3-5days.
