I say--a blue "t-shirt" similar to the color on the front page with the benz w123 benz outline-- big, big logo. Nothing on the back. Not a fan of the polo--would not buy one.

Print 25 XL and 25 XXL in the blue with a big black or white logo centered on the front and see if you sell them. If they're good make hoodies, polos hats, etc. The Swedes love that blue; make a blue shirt and yellow logo for the Swedes.

If someone can tell me what the name of the font is that spells "superturbodiesel.com," I can recreate the logo as an unlimitedly-scaleable-up-or-down vector drawing in the 2004 version of Corel Draw, then import the result into the current version of Inkscape, and from Inkscape can provide it in any file format you need.

I'm pretty sure it is not one of the Microsoft Windows XP, Core Webfont, or Vista fonts...unless it's a slightly stretched Tahoma or Verdana, or a slightly flattened Trebuchet.
Mmm...maybe Segoe UI, given a custom bolding slightly less thick than the standard one. That is possible in Linux, don't know how to do it in Windows... http://i47.tinypic.com/15fisci.png
I'm looking through the 2004 Bitstream (Corel Draw) collection right now.
Humanst521 Cn Bt could be adapted, or maybe Humanst531 Bk BT or just plain Humanst531 BT.
Hmm... Humanst777LtBT looks close...
LucidaSanCTY looks damn close...so does plain Lucida Sans...the "s" in Lucida Console looks close...
SonicCutThru Hv BT doesn't look anything like it, but would be pretty cool. StencilDEE might appeal to some folks too. Same for StoneAge BT.
Swiss721 BT isn't too far off...
Vrinda could be adapted...
Perhaps it is a mixture of individual letters from two or more of these...

If someone were to put a gun to my head (or, alternatively, pay me $200) and order me to do it, what I would do is start with the individual letters from Segoe UI, except, take the "s" from Lucida Console...render the Segoe UI at a boldness weight around 75% of its default...take a screencap of the results, isolate the individual letters in Corel Paint, then import them into Draw and convert the individual letters to line curves...then spend maybe 20 hours manipulating the nodes to get the look exactly right. Even when rendered at high enough resolution and large enough size for a bumper sticker or for laser-engraving on the front and rear bumper rubber strips.
For the polo shirt, if you're not fanatically picky, you can probably get away with Segoe UI, unmodified, and only I or winmutt would notice the difference.

Back in 2003-2004 I made my living for about six months designing lighted outdoor cabinet-signs for small businesses. That's how I acquired the "font psycho disea --er, I mean, the copy of Corel Draw 11 and proficiency with it. You could, of course, do the same process in Photoshop, GIMP, Xara, or Inkscape, whatever you're used to.

Apparently, I have been in remiss of reading my own forums for the last three months (moved to new (old) house).
How about this. I'll pull my head out of my ass, find the original (looked and haven't found it) or recreate it (don't be surprised when it comes back a little different) and setup a cafepress or whomever is the cheapest. I'd like to collect donations for the webhosting fund again this year. Last year (year before?) we made something 7 or 8 months off of donations, all paid up in front to the host. I think the bill is $19/month. Nothing to ask, not much to give...
Speaking of which, check our visits/day....
From what I can tell we incubate in winter (higher visits) and make up cool shit. We then spend our summer days putting our winter work to the test (lower visits).

Sadly, this did not work out well. I have the xcf original (gimp) but its a raster image AND its missing the vectors that I traced.... So I have not forgotten this however it will be a bit before I redo it. I will do several logos, 124, 123 and just plain text.

Turns out I have been down this road before and I have high res pics on cafepress. HOWEVER, I cant seem to get to them to modify them for fit. I've opened a ticket with them I cant imagine its too hard to get to the hires ones.
