WTT / WTB NON EGR OM617.910 Manifold - Greazzer - 10-31-2012
Howdy,
Right now, CRD4x4 has responded but it looks like his manifold actually goes to the W115 which used a OM617 engine, but the header pipe end is squared and not round. Also, it looks like the squared end fits 2 round pipes. He was the first to respond, so I am hoping he has one which I need. If not, then ...
I am looking for the NON EGR Manifold for the 300D NA Engine W123 Chassis Platform which has the single round hole, my guess 2 1/2" or 2 3/4" diameter. I am guessing if I cannot get one, I can plug the hole where the EGR goes or put a fitting in there of some sorts. I really prefer to avoid this.
I would like to swap my injector service plus I will pay the postage for the injectors back to you in exchange for one exhaust manifold. I bought last Friday a 300D NA (Non Turbo) car and I need to replace the manifold gasket and header pipe which rotted thru and just broke off. Since I am down there, I want to upgrade / mod and clean up that area since it is pretty nasty.

The 78/79 W116 300SD had the none EGR intake exhaust manifold.
Hard to find them, but do show up every once in a while.
