So,
If yall remember my most recent rear ending. The guy had NO DAMAGE
and said he wouldnt report it,
He reported it a week later,
NOW hes claiming damamge to his back bumper.
I knew I should have taken pictures.
FML
one more accident and I loose insurance

Without a police report he has to prove without reasonable doubt that you caused damage. Don't admit to anything, that's a low move on his part.

Just got off the phone with insurance, I guess theres mix up in information. My dad says they a claiming damage, but geico says his insurance called them but he hasnt gotten back to my insurance so they will be throwing out the claim if he dosnt respond within the next 5 days
i dunno man.
just stressed, I got finals, extra work that needs to be done, and now this.

you know, that stuff you pay lots of money for in case something happens and when it does, you're not covered by anything.
