Is this pump usable? - Bangaway - 01-02-2013 Is this thing toast? RE: Is this pump usable? - aaa - 01-02-2013 Doesn't look toast. Although the lines look toast. Did any water get into that open port? RE: Is this pump usable? - Austincarnut - 01-02-2013 I'll give it a good home (01-02-2013, 07:07 PM)BigAssCFotPrint Is this thing toast? RE: Is this pump usable? - Bangaway - 01-02-2013 The guy wants 200 for it. It's from a 606. But as you can see it has been outside in a humid area for a long time. Too much? Hate to buy a pump then send to it dieselmeken and then find out it's no good. I'm having a hard time finding a 606 pump for less than $800! The 603s are $100 all day long. How much more benefit is there to a 606 pump? I've also been hunting for 90s 603 pump out of a SD--any good? RE: Is this pump usable? - Simpler=Better - 01-03-2013 If you're sending it out for a super duper build isn't a 603 just as good? Write up an agreement that you're fine paying $200, but if a diesel shop says it's junk then you get your money back. RE: Is this pump usable? - aaa - 01-03-2013 Just get a 603 pump. $200 for a pump in unknown condition is not worth it.
